Graphic Designer/Editor

Assists Marketing Manager in the implementation of marketing strategies and plans in order to achieve sustained profitable growth of the company’s business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates designs and presents concepts for printed material such as company brochures and ads using Adobe InDesign
  • Utilizes videography on company DSLRs
  • Edits marketing and instructional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Executes updates of product spec sheets and pricelists
  • Utilizes photography in order to keep photo library current
  • Builds silkscreens in Adobe Illustrator for company product labeling
  • Creates “Email Blasts” in relation to company current events and promotions using third party email software
  • Works with marketing team to implement WordPress website updates
  • Assists in maintenance support of company CRM software, templating, forms and reports
  • Assists in trade show preparation
  • Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook
  • Performs other duties/tasks as assigned

Customer Service Representative

Full-time position responsible for carrying out detailed-oriented data entry and routine administrative duties and support services for the Sales, Engineering and Production teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to customers (and prospects) telephone requests for product information (technical specifications, cross-references, etc.).
  • Building customer rapport/support of ESL products and seeking new opportunities for ESL business via on-going communications and prompt replies to customer/prospect emails/voice messages.
  • Responsible for issuing quotes and confirming price justification for our different sales channels (end-users, OEMs, distributors).
  • Retrieves and updates customer information needed to process Purchase Orders, creates & sends Order Acknowledgements, shipment notifications and RMAs.
  • Creation of Job Folders and insuring that all customer correspondence and job-related information is properly organized.
  • Ongoing communications with customers confirming order status, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Shares responsible for aspects of the weekly Sales/Production meeting (note taking, recording, etc.).
  • Assists ESL’s credit department concerning credit status.  Sends credit card authorization & wire transfer information and payment processes.
  • Processes customer contact information, in-coming/out-going calls, emails and corresponandance in our CRM tool (GoldMine).
  • Acts as a customer advocate within the organization.
  • Supports the needs of outside Sales and other internal departments as needed.
  • Self-starter, team player and accurate worker.
  • Maintains a professional image and positive attitude.
  • Completes all activities in a timely, accurate, friendly, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Accommodates request of customers in accordance with company standards.  Refers to immediate supervisor for requests that are outside of company specifications.

Press Brake Operator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to set-up and operate AMADA NC9-EX2, RG80, RG125 machines.
  • Knowledge of FABRI-BEND is a plus.
  • Knowledge of all bend allowances for sheet metal from 20GA-.250 THICK on stainless steel, KOTE(Galvanized), and Aluminum.
  • Read and understand BOM’s, drawings and custom blueprints (when needed).
  • Use small hand tools, measuring instruments.
  • Responsible for reviewing work tickets, drawings and BOM’s to ensure accuracy.
  • Shop math skills are recommended for press brake operators to understand complex instructions, how schematics work and make sure items are designed and built correctly.
  • Problem solving skills – ability to identify and troubleshoot machines that are not at peak performance
  • Attention to detail: Press brakes are precision equipment. Being off by millimeters could be a critical error. Keen attention to detail is required.
  • Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.

EMK Punch Press Operator

Responsible for machining and custom fabrication of raw material based on blue prints inspection of finished product, while under the general supervision of the Fabrication Shop Supervisor and department leads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fabricates a wide variety of metal components through the set-up and operation of lathes, sharpeners, milling machines, drill presses, punch press, and similar equipment, gauging work carefully by using precision measurement tools.
  • Operates welding and soldering equipment, and uses hand tools in the fabrication of mechanical devices.
  • Fabricates jigs and fixtures.
  • Responsible for first articles and design prep with supervisor.
  • Fabricates and repairs, prototypes, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Installs machine shop equipment when needed.
  • Repairs and maintains machine shop equipment.
  • Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
